Welcome to Dekko Place

Developed in partnership with Gethsemane Lutheran Church in downtown Seattle, the 50 apartments in Dekko Place serve individuals and families earning between 30 to 60 percent of Area Median Income. Some units are set aside for persons with physical or developmental disabilities.
